Dr. Rohit Goel

Dr.Rohit had a keen interest in becoming a cardiologist. Therefore, he chose his area of specialization to be interventional cardiology. His constant efforts to revive a patient suffering from hypertension to heart ailments are quite commendable. Furthermore, he knows how to deal with cardiac imaging, complex coronary interventions, and structural heart interventions. He holds innumerable experience while conducting several procedural that includes Balloon Valvotomy, Cardiac Catheterization, Pacemaker/AICD Implantation, and many more.

Apart from academics and professional life, Dr.Rohit has enlisted himself in various membership organizations. He is a lifetime member of the Cardiology Society of India. Dr.Rohit has also attended several conferences across the globe. In 2017, he attended ESC Conference held in Barcelona. He also stepped in as a guest in APICON and ISGCON in 2011.

Dr.Rohit does a lot of R&D during his void hours. In 2011, he gave a poster presentation on the Effect of Chronic Kidney Disease on Gastroesophageal Reflux and Esophageal Motility at ISGCON. In 2015, he also submitted his case report on Double chamber right ventricle and left ventricle: A rare association. This study got his name featured in the Indian Heart Journal.

For his devotion, dedication, and hard work in the field of Cardiology, Dr.Rohit got several accolades and recognition. He was stupendous in his academic years during college. During his college years, he was ranked first in the D.M cardiology entrance examination in PGIMER (Chandigarh). He was also ranked 2nd in AIPGMEE conducted by AIIMS. He was twice a gold medallist in the 2nd & 3rd professional examinations held by GTB Hospital, Delhi University. Not to forget that, he was also a gold medallist in Microbiology as well as a silver medallist in Medicine. He was conferred as Best Outgoing Medicine Resident in LNJP Hospital in 2011.
